Question: I have a sore on my cheek. It looks round with a bit of pus in the middle. Seems to be spreading a bit. What can I put on it to stop it?

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be an infected lesion.

I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic like Neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once daily if it is associated with itching.
