Suggest Tests To Detect Abdominal Lymphoedema

Question: I am obese, does this look like abdominal lymphedema? I know its a small picture but I think its enough to see what it is. this is all on the under side of my pannus (I think that is the correct word & spelling). I am very VERY scared. please tell me what you think it is. thank you for your help.

Looking at the picture you have sent, I think its lymphedema more if the edema is non pitting type.
I suggest you get an USG abdomen to rule out any obstructive cause for it.
