I have pain in both shoulder I m unable to work in back through my hand and pain in knee also.also . I could not lift weight and other hard work.

I have no smoker. Age 43 and suffering from or 3 years. And problem in work back and any hard work pain feel regular and some time oftemps pain in knee.

Thanks for replying. I think your pain is mostly due to fatigue and muscle weakness. I would recommend you to start shoulder and knee muscle strengthening exercises.
For joint lubrication you should take Dicerin and chondritin sulphate tablet with Glucosamine.Thsee tablets needs to be taken for six months.
