Suggest Remedy For Frequent Nosebleeds, Dizziness And Numbness In Legs
Question: 12 year old daughter has been getting frequent nosebleeds then complains of feeling dizzy sick and numbness in her legs and feet, would have had her at doctors but she is petrified to go :(

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
Usually such bleed happens when an area of vessel density called as the little's area gets damaged due to inflammation or the vessels in this area get dilated.
This does cause weakness eventually if blood keeps on getting lost as your daughter must have been feeling.
It is indeed important to consult a doctor as soon as possible but till there there are a few things which can helo you.
1) I would suggest you to get an OTC nasal decongestant spray and use it in her nose this will constrict the bleeding vessels and they wont bleed.
2)Pinch the nose tight when ever it bleeds.
3) Visit your doctor ASAP.
4) Make your daughter drink much water mix some oral salt replacement in it.
You daughter might bee feeling weel due to bleeding and anxious too thats why she is having numbness in legs dont panic much she will get better if she takes in enough fluid.
