Brief Answer:
Please see a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.

Your symptom might be due to dehydration, which is seen in case when the blood sugar is not well controlled, which is suggested by your blood sugar reading.

I would have gone through your medical history and then would have done general physical examination, i would have asked you for few investigation like
Blood sugar ( fasting blood sugar and post prandial blood sugar).
HbA1c - which will provide information about past three month blood sugar status.
Blood urea and creatinine.

This investigation will be available in all the laboratory. Based on the report of the investigation, the need for the other antidiabetic agent or the alteration in dose of the present agent can be considered. Please see a doctor as uncontrolled sugar levels can lead to ketoacidosis or hyperglycemic coma. Till then take strict dietary control for sugar. Adequate hydration is also needed.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
