Question: My wifes Toe has been hurting since last few days and has also turned white partially from top . Please advise some medicine

Hi,

I can see a yellowish/ creamy discolored toenail. She seems to have a fungal infection of nail i. e onychomycosis. I suggest her to take an oral antifungal e.g tablet Terbinafine 250mg (Sebifin Tab) once daily for 8-12 weeks under dermatologists guidance.
