Brief Answer:
Your findings suggest low blood serum calcium level.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your findings suggest low blood serum calcium level. It may be due to many reasons like decreased intake, low vitamin D level, hypothyroidism, blood disorders, chronic renal failure etc.It is important to know details of your illness and cause of taking chemotherapy. It may be related to your illness.

If calcium level is very low, then injection of calcium gluconate can be administered. However underlying cause should be treated.
You should also take calcium supplementation and eat calcium rich foods.
I also advise vitamin D supplementation to my patients because it helps in calcium absorption.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query
Further queries are most welcome.
