Brief Answer:
Yes, you can take anyone from available drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.

I have read and understood your concerns.
Actually cold medications like anti-histaminics [cetrizine, levocetrizine] or decongestants like pseudoephedrine, phenylpropanolamine, do not have any interactions with zyprexa or lithium but If you have hypertension then the decongestants can cause high blood pressure and increase heart rate. So be cautious while using them.

Antihistaminics like cetrizine or levocetrizine can improve running nose and sneezing but they can cause sedation and drowsiness. This may be added to sedation caused by zyprexa, may cause falls and injuries, so be cautious in using them also.

It has been given under the 'caution' heading in zyprexa product monograph that you should avoid cough and cold remedies which can cause excessive sleepiness and sedation while taking zyprexa.

According to me, you can take antihistaminics and decongestants but under the supervision of doctor because it can cause side effects. If you are not hypertensive then you can take decongestants with pain killers.

Though these are OTC drugs but if you develop side effects then you have to run to the doctor, so it is better to start them with prescription from a doctor. At this age, you are very prone for side effects.

Actually, there is no safe drug for cold at your age. You have to take them with caution.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have further query then I shall be happy to help.
Wish you good health.
