Various medications are available such as vasodilators like calcium channel blockers.
These are nifedipine, Diltizem and Amlodipine.
There are other class of drugs too like phosphodiesterase inhibitors like Sildenafil, and SSRIs like Fluoxetine. other agents are ARBs like Losartan.
Apart from these local application of nitroglycerin can help .
the drugs may be chosen depending on the severity of symptoms.
