Brief Answer:
Take a healthy diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The nutritional supplements that you need for healthy baby include-
1. A high protein diet- rich in pulses, cereals, eggs, fish, etc.
2. A high calcium intake- like milk, milk products, eggs, bajra, ragi, etc.
3. Eat fiber rich fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables and avoid foods which are not easily digestible and fatty foods
4. Have six small meals instead of 3 large meals
5. Drink plenty of fluids
6. Go for regular Brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily.
7. Take regular iron , calcium and DHA supplements as prescribed by your gynecologist.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
A dietitian can suggest you the best.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The exact daily time table can be chalked out by a dietitian according to your food preferences. You will need dal and green leafy vegetables daily along with milk twice a day and fruits twice a day to get all the nutrients that you need.
I have a few suggestions for a diet regimen, if you do not mind my suggestion:
-Breakfast: Cereal with milk and fruit (at least one fruit); best taken between 6:30 a.m. - 9 a.m.
-Lunch: Can be the heaviest meal of the day containing a bowl of rice or two large chapatis (roti) with one katori dal, and a vegetable curry or saute

-Dinner: One or two slices of bread or chapati with some fresh vegetables. Please avoid rice and other heavy items for dinner. Best consumed at least 3 hours prior to bedtime (i.e. 7 p.m.)
You can have three snacks daily in between meals consisting of sprouts, dry fruits, fresh fruits, buttermilk, green salad, full cream milk, etc.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.
