Question: I am taking amitiza twice daily I don't remember if I took my evening dose. Should I take one now?

I will recommend that you do not take any additional dose at this time. I will rather be safe than take more than the required. Besides, missing a single dose is less disturbing than inadvertently taking a double dose.
