Brief Answer:
What is azithromycin for? Let him switch teh antibiotic and not xarelto!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

Let the doctor change the antibiotic and not your xarelto. This is not the approach, Antibiotics that are required for a few days shouldn't be prioritized over longterm treatment which is less expensive and has been working for you. Besides, what is is using this antibiotic for and for how long? Let me know and I can propose alternatives to you.

I wish you well and hope to hear from you!

I have had this micro bacteria infection for the last twenty years or more. My pulmonologist was always aware of it as it showed up on cat cans and x-rays. He always told me that the cure was worse than the disease and I should leave it alone as long as I had no symptoms..
Some months ago I started to have some difficulty breathing. A cat acan showed a n active infection getting worse and active. I was sent to a infectious disease specialist who recommended the treatment and prescription I am now taking. I am working with the VA in an attempt to get them to switch from Zorelto to elocuis. I had to buy four days of pills (8 Pills) while waiting for the VA (could take a long time).
Cost me over $75, almost $16 per day. I used to be very wealthy but a bad real estate deal humbled me.

Your opinions are appreciated.

Brief Answer:
I will like to know the name of the infection and the antibiotic!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I definitely feel your pain about switching financial status. Be calm and manage the present at your best while strategizing for the future.

There is something I cannot change at this time: The cost of Eliquis. However, I will like to know what germ we are referring to and what antibiotic is under consideration. That way, I will be able to propose alternatives if they do exist.

Palpitations don't need xarelto. What exact heart condition are you having?

I hope to hear from you!
