1. Who is suffering from Fever? May I know the age of the patient?
2. Since when is the fever present?
3. Is the fever continuous or intermittent?
4. What other associated symptoms are present - runny nose / nasal congestion; headache; nausea; vomiting; sorethroat; cough; loose stool; body pain; weakness; skin rashes; breathing difficulty; problems passing urine including burning sensation while urination; etc.
5. Does the patient have any known medical condition including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart ailments, kidney problems, etc?

In the meanwhile, the patient can take paracetamol preparation to reduce the temperature. Further management process is based on the details you provide.
