Started Getting Freckles On Legs. How To Get Rid Of This?
Question: im fifty and have started getting freckles on my legs. i can scrape them off with my fingernail.

The condition can be seborrheic keratosis, xerotic dermatitis etc .
Freckles usually occur on sun exposed are and not over the legs.
Seborrheic keratosis is an age related change and it can be removed by electrocautery and cryosurgery.
When removed by friction or fingernail the seborrheic keratosis tends to reccur .
As such it is a benign change and needs no treatment.
If you can upload the photographs of affected area it would be of great help.
