Hello

The ecg report attached by you is suggestive of sinus rhythm ecg with normal heart rate and no other Significant STT changes. However there are tall T waves in precordial leads which could be because of high potassium levels.

It’s advisable to get serum electrolytes checked along with an echocardiogram.
