Question: Should I be concerned that I accidently breathed bleach and Clorox toilet bowl cleaner and my chest is burning and it hurts to inhale

Just inhale fresh air, do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.

But if you develop vigorous coughing or breathlessness or mucus expectoration or fever or hemoptysis (blood in sputum) then you should definitely consult doctor.
