Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I carefully reviewed your uploaded images and would explain that your exercise cardiac stress test according to ECG strips, doesn't show any obvious evidence of myocardial ischemia (there are only upsloping ST depression) that are not relevant for ischemia.

As the chest pain was not the reason for test termination (no presence of chest pain), then the test could be concluded as negative (not conclusive for cardiac ischemia).

So, nothing serious is going on!

There is no reason to panic about coronary artery disease!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Kind regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
