Hello,
Thanks for the query,
It could be a musculoskeletal pain related to tendon or ligament involvement.
It is not a sign of cancer and cancer presents with cough and blood in sputum.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedic and plan for an MRI scan.
You can also go for a chest X-ray to rule out cancerous lesion in your lung just for reassurance.
