Question: Q.1 : is it possible that I've Chlamydia but my General Urine test still shows less than 5 Pus cells? Q.2: is there a correlation between General Urine test and Chlamydia? Q.3: In case there is a connection between the 2, and my Urine test shows less than 5 pus cells does it signifies I've no bladder/ uretha infection and I should not get Chlamydia test either while I'm getting other STD screening? thank you

Brief Answer:
Chlamydia infection is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It is possible that you have a chlamydia infection and there are no pus cells in the urine. The chlamydia infection may not have any symptoms.
General urine test suggests an infection or presence of blood in the urine. This can be due to a variety of infections.
Less than 5 pus cells in urine rules out a main infection but it is best to have a chlamydia test to rule out any dormant infection.
