I have seen the attached report. There is a single baby in breech presentation with a slightly decreased amount of liquor around the baby. A large simple cyst is seen in the fetal abdomen.

This is likely to be a benign cyst. It needs proper follow up scans and the mode of treatment can be decided only after the baby is born.

Should we be concerned about the decreased amount of liquor around the baby? The cyst size has increased from 3cm to5cm diameter in last few months.

Hello,

The decreased amount of liquor is worrisome. This can decrease the baby's growth and you need regular ultrasound scan and non-stress test after every 2 weeks. In case the amount of liquor decreases further then the baby needs to be delivered at 37 weeks.
