Question: Please review my knee x rays and provide your feedback. I don't have pain. But there's a small bulge just below both my knees.

I have seen the x rays and read your note.
There is a benign bony spur from both tibial spines ,giving you the bulge below the knee.
If you have no pain , Ignore it.
If pain occurs or the swelling becomes red , Then it may require active treatment.
