Pimples And Acne On Face. What Diet Should I Take?

Question: Pimples and acne occur regularly and go away in my face. So what food should i need to take and what food should I avoid to avoid pimples.

Food has no direct relation to acne.

However studies have shown that avoiding few food products is often helpful in few people.

I am listing them for you.
1. Milk.
It contains androgen and hence thought to cause acne.
Try to decrease milk intake, and take skimmed milk instead of normal milk.
2. High glycemic index diet.
These are sugar XXXXXXX diet, like potato, candy etc.
Kindly search on net for high glycemic food.
You will get a list.
Try and avoid the top food in the list.
The list is huge hence I am not mentioning here.
3. Oily food.
These lead to increased production of sebum and hence block the pores, so avoid oily and XXXXXXX fried food.

There are also few food products which help in acne.
1. Probiotics, like yogurt is helpful.
2. High fibre containing food like carrot, radish , corn etc.
These decrease the absorption of sugars and fat.
3. Turmeric, has an anti acne property. Mix it with yogurt and take.
