Brief Answer:

Gabapentin can probably be the cause of the swelling in legs

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Medication is a common cause of the lower extremity edema.
Gabapentin is one of the medications that can cause a side effect swelling of the legs.

I suggest you consult your neurologist about this side effect.

Meanwhile, some advice that I can give to you are:

-don't stand or walk for a long time
-elevate the legs when you are lying down
-reduce the salt intake

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
