Question: PLEASE help me with: 5 months ago my /first/ finger tip had small damaged skin, clobetasol propionate o.o5 applied 2 weeks, 4 days off 2 weeks again - did not help, X-ray shows very tiny part of damaged bone /only upper portion and only inside of the tip of finger; some toxins caused infection, /any tests for wide comprehensive toxins?, and heavy metals? /was using old metal potato peeler/, cooling helps, just a touch of pain when i force my finger to go straight, now finger is more and more crooked, could clobetasol cause this, how to rule out malignancy, could this turn malignant in such just 5 months

Brief Answer:
Infection has damaged the bone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
From the description it seems that your finger has an infection that has reached the bone also. The infection itself caused the crooking of finger. Proper swab culture and biopsy of the skin will help in detecting the infection and toxins and will also rule out the malignancy. This will need oral antibiotics also to treat the infection completely.
Taking tetanus shot will help in decreasing the chances of having tetanus. Do consult your physician for needed investigations.
