Our Baby Is 6 Months Old (born At 36 Weeks).
Could be hunger or colic pain
Thanks for writing to us.
From your history and description as long as the baby is active and playful with good development no need to worry . Nothing major .
It could be either due to hunger at night or colic pain which is coming in babies at this age.
I would suggest
1. Start giving more weaning foods like gruel, baby cereals, boiled vegetables and fruits to help her stomach get full . Continue breast feeding on demand
2. Try colicaid drops . I usually suggest around 0.5 ml at night if the baby is crying continuously.
Ensure frequent feeds and good urine output .
Wishing speedy recovery
If crying not continuously may not be colic. Sure it is better to give her semisolids as advised before after consulting your regular Pediatrician
