Question: No, i haven't visited a doctor about my illness. Hi, and thank you very much for your help. Tuesday January 28th I was completely fine all day. Out of nowhere that evening I started to feel bad. It worsened by x20 by nighttime. I was in such excruciating pain lying in my bed I was moaning

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I read your description of pain and I feel sorry about what you are going through right now.
I think this intense pain in lower right abdomen and back may be related to kidney stones. The muscle pain , neck pain and overall feeling unwell may be related to it and staying in bed.
You should seek medical attention soon, doing an abdominal ultrasound and urine test.
Take antiinflammatory drugs such Advil and muscle relaxers such buscopan,muxoflex.
Use warm compresses on back and abdomen.
