Possible diverticulitis

Hi and welcome. Your symptoms may be just sign of opstipation or irritable bowel disease but if pain in lower left part associated with fever is present then it may indicate diverticulitis. I suggest to have easier, liquid diet, take magnesium water, probiotics and psilium supplements. If there is no improvement, you should se ER and do CT scan or colonoscopy for further work up.
