Fever with cough and cold seem to be viral fever.

Detailed Answer:
Fever with cough and cold may be a viral fever. Please keep the child well hydrated. Please give atleast 2 litres of fluid a day. Please avoid oily, spicy food. Healthy soft diet made at home should be given. Paracetamol should be given in case body temperature is more than 100 degree Fahrenheit. Antibiotics including Amoxyclav may be started after consultation with your doctor for 3-5 days.
