My wife's 7th week of pregnancy has started. todays sonography shows 17 mm fetus but no heartbeat. She found some spotting today so doctor suggest susten injection for 3 days and she is already taking dubagest and duphaston since 5 days. I just want to know it is right treatment and everything is fine.
She had miscarriage during last year too,this is our first child so bit worried. she is having thyroid and b12 deficiency but everything is controlled this time.

ultrasound can routinely detect a heartbeat in your baby as early as 6-7 weeks.So heart beat should be present , as heart beat is not detected it is a matter of worry .
