Question: My wife is in her 6th week in her post partum. She has fallen ill and suffering from fever with cough and chills. She took dolo 650 but her temperature keeps raising. Can you please suggest good medicines and a good baby formula for my daughter who is 6weeks old.?

Fever with chills is suggestive of an infection. This can be a throat infection or urine infection or uterine infection or intestinal infection. Proper diagnosis needs a direct physical examination and a few tests to find the cause. The antibiotics can be recommended only after finding the cause. Do consult a physician for this.
Regarding a baby formula usually NAN I is used. Do confirm it with her pediatrician before starting.
