Question: My wife and I were trying next sexual things, and she put a dildo in my anus, it slipped in and turned out to be too big and it was incredibly painful. I took it back out immediately. There was a small amount of blood and the pain was over in about a minute. The problem is though is that I have now had diarrhea for about a week now and unable to have an actual stool pass normally. Is there anything I can do? im concerned an hope I've not done serious irreparable damage.

Hi,

You seem to have injured the anal sphincter. Hence you might have incontinence or unable to control the stool.
Sometimes it corrects itself for mild damage of sphincter. The sphincter is relaxed now and it takes time to contract back to place.
I suggest for a doctor/surgeon to look it up with a proctoscope to assess the damage before any treatment is given.
You might have introduced an infection via this new practice and cause colitis and diarrhoea.
The damage cannot be predicted without proctoscopy it can be repaired even if it is severe. I suggest not to practice this kind of unnatural things.
