Brief Answer:
follow as already advised observe how he stays after this

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I've reviewed the attached picture, and there's some swelling over the affected ankle joint, however, I can't appreciate any marked skin discoloration...

As of now, make sure to keep the leg elevated and apply ice-pack compression gently over the area Don't massage the area

He can take Tab PARACETAMOL Most importantly, he needs to rest for the time being or at least keep the affected leg elevated and as less as possible.

If despite this there's no significant improvement or any further increase of the swelling/pain/difficulty walking/further skin discolorations, then please don't delay and get an X-ray of the affected Ankle joint (AP and Lateral view) done to rule out any fracture and consult an Orthopedician for a prompt check-up.

Let me know if there're any further doubts/queries...

Regards.
