pain, warm to touch, faint, doesnt feel good, present for 3 hours no other history

Better to rush to ER/nearby Medical facility.

Thanks for your photos and feedback.
Only 3 hours history, fainting and not feeling well, the swelling is too large and there is a skin breach with redness around it.
This can be a serious reaction to something that you and me are not sure about.
Hence I would advise you to take him to ER for proper clinical evaluation and appropriate medications asap.
