Question: My platelet count is 1.4 and I am 30 yrs old. Rest all are under the specific range. How can I increase my platelet count

Platelet count of 1.4 lakh per cc is mildly reduced, the lower limit of platelets being 1.5 lakh per cc.
I suggest you to get platelets reviewed after few weeks.
In case the platelet count is within normal range there is nothing to be done.
In case platelets still remain low, complete drug history needs to be taken.
There are certain drugs which lower platelet count.
However, there is nothing to worry.
