My Mother, Aged 62 Is A Thyroid Patient, Whose Both

Question: My mother, aged 62 is a thyroid patient, whose both thyroid glands have been removed surgically. She has been having Thyroxine 50mg but her reports today show that her TSH has increased to 12. Kindly suggest a diet plan and medication for the same.

Due to thyroid gland removal, there is no source of thyroid hormone in body.
So TSH is increasing.
Need thyroxine dose as per weight.
So first of all, I kindly let me know weight.
For diet, avoid cabbage, cauliflower and avoid cooking and eating in aluminum vessels.

Diet rich in whole foods, including lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.
