My Mom Believes With Every Ounce Of Her Soul She
Question: My mom believes with every ounce of her soul she has Dpylidium Caninum. She is severely depressed because no doctors believe her. They all say she has Morgelons. My mom had been picking and scraping at her skin and crying for months and months. I don't know where to get her the help she needs. Some doctors say she suffers from Psychosis. My mom was a RN, and her husband of 40+ years an Otho pod. So she has a pretty large medical understanding of the body, and diseases She feels that the doctors that have seen her have never experienced this disease, and don't know h
What to look for, so they just prescribe more different creams. What can I do or where can I take her where they will at least run the test needed for a Dipylidium diagnose. Her Dog has had tape worm several times.

Human infection with dipylidium caninum is very rare and is diagnosed by either fecal examination for tapeworm segments Or the segments may be seen stuck around the anal skin.
