Brief Answer:
Tarsal tunnel syndrome and any injury to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.

I have read your query.

If you injured the leg, some pressure within the articulation due to swelling or blood may result in different sensations.

If no evidence of injury, then tarsal tunnel syndrome should be considered.

In such case is necessary for a nerve conduction study is necessary to confirm or exclude the tarsal tunnel syndrome.

Anyway, there is necessary for an evaluation by your Doctor in order to understand better your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
