Brief Answer:
Consult with neurologist.... Should get evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached images. Here is my advice.

Kindly follow up with a bit more information,
Do you have history of fever, painful/painless lump, injury/blunt trauma to head, double vision/any vision problem?

For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with neurologist.

He may procure detailed clinical examination, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) head, electroencephalography as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for brain lesion.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Till then in case of pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Take balanced diet and proper rest.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.

There is no history of fever. Sometimes getting up too quickly causes vision to become slightly blurred but goes away immediately. No injury to the head. The lump is painless. Occasionally gets migraine, feeling like something beating in back of head occurs roughly once in 3 months. Also fingers were shaking when in a specific position a while ago but that seems to have gone.
