Any daily nutritious drink that is recommended for overall development ? I don't like commercially available products like Horlicks which has lot of sugar in it.

Just ensure adequate amount of proteins(non-veg items/dairy products/pulses/egg), vitamins & minerals(green leafy vegetables and fruits) in their diet.

- fruits/vegetable juices with milk; without added sugar
