Question: My ears feel like there is pressure in them like on a plane. Slight swelling in my ankles and things are super cold when I touch then. Almost like an intolerance to cool objects. Please not that I am a daily meth user. I'm very worried that the two are closely related and thst its effecting my health.

Substance abuse, including methamphetamine use, can have various effects on the body, and it's possible that your symptoms could be related to your drug use. Methamphetamine can cause vasoconstriction, which is the narrowing of blood vessels, leading to decreased blood flow to certain areas of the body. This could potentially explain the cold sensation and swelling you're experiencing.

Additionally, drug use can also impact the cardiovascular system, leading to changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and fluid balance, which could contribute to the symptoms you described.

Do I would suggest you to stop meth slowly, with the help of your local drug rehabilitation center.

When you sat stop using the drug slowly. Does that mean like taper off slowly because being honest I'm ready to quit it cold turkey. Or should I go into a rehab locally to quit doing it?

Yes that means taper slowly.
But with my experience I can tell you, it is very difficult to quit.
But if you take help from rehabilitation centre, Tab it would be very easy to stop.
Because they will guide you and help you in difficult time.
