My Dr Gastro Did An Endoscopy And Although My Symptoms

Question: My dr gastro did an endoscopy and although my symptoms are mild like Gerd and mild Dyphasia I still worry about cancer. He told me I was clean he believed 100%.

Can you tell almost 100% from endoscopy as a specialist? Thanks
