My Daughter Age Is Only 1 Month 2 Days. When
Question: My daughter age is only 1 month 2 days. When she was crying or sleeping or breast feeding sometimes her nose was blocked and some sound are found. One local doctor suggest a nasal drop named '' NASOCLEAR NASAL DROP" but the problem was same till date. Now what am i doing for this problem?

I understand your concern
This is a very common complaint in young infants. They have poor ability to clear out mucus secretions from nostrils compared to older children. Also, occasional vomiting/regurgitation of feeds through nose adds to this problem.
If the baby is active and playful, there is no fever or yellow/green nasal discharge, we need not worry at all. Just apply the drop given by your doctor. NASOCLEAR contains normal saline(salt solution), and can be used when needed without any side effects. Apply 2 drops in each nostrils, 5 minutes apart, 20-30 minutes before feeding or sleeping.
In resistant cases, I used to give a nasal decongestant like OTRIVIN nasal drops(0.05% oxymetazoline), 2 drops twice daily for 5 days. This can not be used frequently or for prolonged periods, as it can cause adverse effects.
Also, keep the room dust free, keep direction of fan/AC vent away from baby's face.

The nasal drop is running and some dry discharge are seen in her both nostrils.
But no water fallen from her nose.
