I can see red bumps - some with central vesiculation. It could be due to varicella/ chicken pox.

Does the child have a fever?

No fever

Just noticed after school and did not have in morning before school

I would suggest an oral antiviral

Hi.

Most likely it is a chicken pox.The rash looks like that. Perhaps he got exposed to someone in the school or in neighborhood. I would suggest an oral antiviral e.g acyclovir for a week. Topically you may use a soothing calamine lotion for him
