Question: My brother gave me sink water ( probably dirty maybe even moldy ) and i drank it unknowingly and then i felt decently sick and felt the need to throw up, felt a little better but then my ear started having a blowing affect, it felt like someone was blowing into my ear. then my face got tingly and i now i just feel a little sick

Most probably it is due to dehydration secondly to multiple episodes of vomiting.
As of now drink plenty of water especially salted feeds and take rest.
You can wait two more days for spontaneous recovery.
If symptoms persists you have to consult a physician and in that case conditions like gastroenteroenteritis must be ruled out.
