Brief Answer:
Rifampicin side effect.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Nausea vomiting loss of appetite fatigue lassitude etc are all side effects of anti tubercular drugs.Slowly body would adapt to them. However if nausea is more then she can take tablet Zofran 4mg as and when required.

1)It would take time.
Cap Liv 52 a potent liver rejenuvator should be given once daily as most medicines used in TB are hepatotoxic.
Appetite stimulant like Cyproheptadine 4mg once daily can also be taken.
As of now minimum 2-4 weeks would be required by body to settle for medications.

2)In that case check vomitus. If tablets are there in vomit givethem again otherwise not.

3)Tab Zofran 4mg sos.

4)Reattach the treatment dear there are no files attached with query.
5)High protein diet would be good.
Body would take some time however liver function test should be done once.

Hope i was helpful,
