Brief Answer:
Undifferentiated connective tissue disease

Detailed Answer:
hi from your query it seems that your symptoms are not much however the antibody titre in the form of antinuclear antibodies are very hard this titres cannot be ignored so I would suggest that you keep yourself under follow up with your doctor for symptoms like Arthritis ,skin tightening, blueness of hands or any chest symptoms .in case this develop then you will need to be on proper medication for connective tissue disease .if there is there are no such symptoms that develop then I suggest that you take some preventive medication like hydroxychloroquine as this medication has proven to prevent the spread of this disease and development of severe symptoms. apart from this regular physical exercise supplementation with Folic acid Vitamin D and direct avoidance of Sun exposure is also recommended.

When I look at google high CRP and ESR are also said to be seen in cancer. Could this even be possible with all the other tests as I conveyed before?
