Brief Answer:
Kindly more information is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Kindly more information is needed.
Does she have a sore throat or cough?
Does she have burning while urinating?
Meanwhile, I suggest to use Tylenol or Ibuprofen every 4 hours to lower the temperature.
I also recommend to give her liquids, so she can stay hydrated.
I will be waiting for your reply to help you better.

Hope my answer was helpful.
