Brief Answer:
It can be urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Swollen lymph nodes in the groin and pain below belt line can show urinary tract infection. The urinary tract infection can be urethritis, orchie-epididymitis , prostatitis etc.
Other symptoms may be pain during urination, difficulty urinating, frequent urination, blood in urine.
If possible do an urine analysis or uroculture.
Antibiotics may be needed.
Use cranberry juice or tea for disinfection.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
