Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about, such isolated foci are commonly found.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I read your MRI report carefully. In the future please try to provide some more details, at least your gender, age as well as the symptoms the MRI was requested for. MRI findings interpretation and significance depends often on the age of the patient.

However in this case I can confidently answer with the info you provide. Such isolated foci are commonly found on MRIs in normal individuals. The older we become the more likely it is to find them (on average one for every decade of life). So given that it is a single focus it is not something to worry about. The fact it says it's not specific means that there are no elements indicating it to be an acute, still evolving process. It is an old remnant the origin of which can't be determined may be due to a trauma, an infection, low oxygen during birth, migraine etc.
What matters is that it doesn't cause any symptom, no neurological deficits and it doesn't need any treatment, it is a coincidental finding which won't progress into anything serious in the future.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
