-Are you having decayed teeth or cavities in teeth?

-How many teeth are painful?

- Is the swelling present on gums or cheek?

-From how many days is the pain and swelling present?

yes decay is there.
around 4-5 teeth are painful
swelling is there on cheeks i guess
its paining since 2 days

Get an x ray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
As there is decay the teeth needs to be treated.
So first consult a Dentist and get sn x ray done.
Fornow you can start with a course of antibiotics like Augmentin and continue taking Ketorol DT.
Do cool compresses over the cheek.
Do warm saline gargles.
